  I contacted this office to make an appointment for two family members. I spent some time filling out and emailing the personal info forms to the office.
  
  I had spoken to my insurance company previously and my coverage is valid for 100% of the cost of treatment including the copay. I informed the office that this is the case, but I understand they still need to call themselves to verify. In addition, I received an email from the office stating they need to have a credit card on file and I complied.
  
  Upon verifying my coverage I was contacted by phone to set up an appointment for two. I was then told that there would be a "$20 office fee" per person. So on top of getting paid by my insurance company they wanted $40 per visit additionally for two people. I asked what the office fee covered and heard the office assistant speaking to someone in the background upon which time I said that I'm no longer interested. I was never told what the office fee covers.

  I cannot recommend Leah enough. She is an extremely knowledgeable and caring healer who takes the time to really listen and get to know her patients. Her sessions never fail to make me feel relaxed and in tune with my body.
